Municipality: Saraj | Target area: Rashche village Project name: Construction of new spaces for the “Drita” primary school

The initiative for the expansion and reconstruction of a part of the school which has been out of order since 2014 due to a fire, the primary school “Drita” in the municipality of Saraj – the village of Rashche aims to improve the conditions for the educational process. In this school, where 450 students currently learn, there is an urgent need for additional spaces to ensure optimal conditions for all students.

The current school building does not provide sufficient conditions for students. In addition, it has exceeded the standard capacity, highlighting the urgent need for new spaces to ensure optimal conditions for all students.

In order to improve the educational experience for students, new classrooms or the reconstruction of the burnt part of the school building, which is not functional since 2014, is planned. This initiative aims to reconstruct the structure of this part of the school, 4 classrooms, one of which will be used as a library, one for the school psychologist, one for the professors, one classroom and two bathrooms and corridors.

The proactive construction of new spaces is driven by a commitment to ensure an optimal educational experience for all students. This strategic expansion aims to meet the diverse needs of the student population, providing them with the resources and spaces necessary to excel academically, socially and emotionally. Through this initiative, it aims to create a modern, inclusive and visionary school environment to meet the diverse and evolving needs of students, fostering an atmosphere of learning excellence for years to come.
